Subud Publications International

Subud Publications International (SPI) is the publishing arm of the World Subud Association. Its purpose is to preserve and make accessible the complete recorded talks and writings of Muhammad Subuh Sumohadiwidjojo, known to Subud members as Bapak, together with the talks of his daughter Ibu Rahayu.

SPI undertakes the careful work of transcribing, translating and publishing these talks in printed volumes, ePub editions, audio recordings and subtitled video, so that Subud members around the world can receive them in a form suited to their needs. Alongside the core Bapak and Ibu material, the bookshop carries books written by Subud authors, offering further perspectives on the Subud experience.

The talks are published for Subud members as an ongoing, growing series. New volumes continue to be produced as the translation work advances. All publications are made available through this bookshop, and many titles can be ordered in print, as an ePub, or in audio and video editions.

SPI is a registered charity in the United Kingdom. It works under licence with the World Subud Association, which holds the copyright of Bapak’s talks.
